This oil has been produced at a family-owned company dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees for more than 5 generations. It is intense fruity oil made with green olives. Its citric aroma, green almond and just-cut-hay flavour are some of the characteristics of this olive oil. It is complex and fragrant. It has a fresh smell. When tasted, its flavour is equilibrated making it easier to appreciate the intensity of its green aroma. It is lightly bitter and spicy and leaves an excellent taste.
